Good morning. Kendra is doing better. When we came to the hospital yesterday, her blood sugar was 48. When they checked it at 8:00 pm it was 217. The normal is 80-120. At midnight it was 77. They took more blood this morning at 8:30 so we will know more in 1 hour. The rounding MD (her primary MD--PRAISE THE LORD!) will be here late am or early afternoon. She is soooo much better. She is wetting like crazy due to the IV. Her diaper lasts about 1 hour! She is eating jello and watching TV with Daniel.
Tiffany from our small group came and visited us. She brought her a little purse, some glitter glue, and a quarters for her purse. She is so thoughtful. Ruthie, my oldest piano student, came and watched TV with us for a while. She always make Kendra smile. Great Uncle Douglas came and read stories to Kendra before he went to work today.
