Sunday School

Kendra was so excited to go to Sunday School today! She had fun with Mary at the 9:00 service and Emily at the 10:45 service. Daniel, Mom, and I went to 9:00 church and it was fantastic. My friend Veronica was baptized! At 10:45 Daniel and I went to leadership training for small group.

We went to Mexican Village for my Birthday lunch. Kendra ate a cheeseburger...the cheese anyway! Following lunch, Daniel, Mom, and Kendra went to an art museum. I am choose to go to the library instead. I enjoyed being there by myself and looking at books on how to potty train, organize your house, and have kitchen dates with your kids.

This evening we had Barry, Shar, Mike, and Christina come over for cake and ice cream. I tried to get them to stay for dinner, but Daniel gave them large bowls of ice cream, so they were full. They gave me a new purse for my Birthday. It is silver! I have never had a silver purse before...I feel special.

Our neighbor has been in the hospital for awhile, so Kendra made him some cards.
