Knitting with Elsie

Rita, Kendra, and I went to Ms Elsie's farm to knit. Elise is a first generation Norwegian immigrant. She taught and encouraged me to knit the Norwegian way. She loves music so I played the piano for her. Her granddaughters Maria and Anna were there too and they played violin and mandolin! It was so much fun. We ended our time with banana splits and Kashi cookies. Kendra had so much fun that she didn't want to go home. Impressive, considering she was the only kiddo there.
